At Pass4u, we provide a digital streaming service to help learner drivers prepare for their driving test. Because our products are delivered digitally, they are non-returnable. However, we do have clear refund conditions:
General Refund Policy

As our service is digital and accessible instantly after purchase, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions apply under our Pass Guarantee (see below).
Pass Guarantee – Full Refund
We are confident in the effectiveness of Pass4u. If you do not pass your driving test after using our streaming service:

You may request a full refund of your purchase price.

To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of failing your test.

You must provide a copy of the official test result paperwork confirming your failed test.
Once we verify your request, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
