Welcome to Pass4u. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, purchasing products, and accessing digital downloads. By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use this website.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected or if an item is unavailable.

4. Digital Downloads & Streaming Access

  • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to your MP3s or streaming service via a secure page.
  • Downloads and streaming are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Sharing, copying, reselling, or redistributing Pass4u content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Pass Guarantee & Refund Policy

At Pass4u, we want you to succeed. That’s why we offer a Pass Guarantee:

  • If you use our streaming service and do not pass your driving test, we will refund the full purchase price of your order.
  • To claim a refund:
    • You must notify us within 14 days of failing your driving test.
    • You must provide a copy of the official driving test failure certificate/paperwork issued by the examiner.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of verification.
  • This guarantee applies only to digital streaming purchases made directly through the Pass4u website.

6. Delivery of Goods

  • Digital Products & Streaming: Available immediately after purchase via your account and confirmation email.
  • Physical Products (if applicable): Shipped within 3–5 business days in the UK, 7–10 days internationally.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including text, graphics, logos, audio files, and content on the website, are the property of Pass4u.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure our content is accurate and effective, but we cannot guarantee a pass without adequate preparation and driving ability.
  • Other factors beyond our control may affect your driving test outcome.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase price you paid for the product.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Competition / Prize Draw

By participating in any Pass4u competition, including the draw to win 20 Driving Lessons with a certified instructor of your choice (“Prize Draw”), you agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open only to individuals aged 16 or over. Employees of Pass4u and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Entry: Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic when you meet the criteria specified by Pass4u at the time of promotion. No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.
  • Prize: The winner will receive 20 Driving Lessons with a certified instructor of their choice, subject to availability and local licensing rules. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Timing of Draw: The Prize Draw will take place every six months. All eligible entries received during the six-month period will be automatically entered into the next draw. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw taking place.
  • Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize, or an alternative winner may be selected.
  • Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Limitation of Liability: Pass4u is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in the Prize Draw or the use of the prize.
